Crain's Highlights Dr. Thomas Cornwell Joining VillageMD as the Senior Medical Director of Village Medical at Home

Dr. Thomas Cornwell will join VillageMD as senior medical director of Village Medical at Home, the Chicago-based company’s home-based primary care offering. Most recently, Cornwell was CEO of the Home Centered Care Institute, where he will now be executive chairman. Cornwell also founded Northwestern Medicine Homecare Physicians.
