What is your vision for the future of primary care?
"My vision is to have primary care providers at the center of the health care system, delighting patients, improving their own job satisfaction, and getting paid for the value they create. Success looks like over enrollment/graduates from residency into primary care!"
How do you see primary care being disruptive to the current healthcare system?
"Right now, my sector is overworked, struggling with documentation and competitive compensation. We need to transition into being "all the rage" in primary care. With the help of CMS, CMMI, state governments, commercial health plans and employers, primary care providers will have the wind at their backs. Now is the time to stay the course, and find partners that are like-minded with a shared vision."
