Rishi Sikka, M.D., will join the organization as president of Village Medical. As president, Dr. Sikka will be responsible for the clinical outcomes of Village Medical, a leading provider of comprehensive and coordinated primary care services. Dr. Sikka has more than 20 years of leadership experience in health systems, value-based care, and digital health. Prior to VillageMD, Dr. Sikka served as president of system enterprises for Sutter Health, managing the responsibilities for ambulatory, population health, non-clinical and health plan businesses. Under his leadership, his division experienced the most rapid growth and profitability, while launching innovative initiatives using artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. Dr. Sikka began his career at Advocate Health Care in Chicago as an emergency department physician.

Becky Levy, JD is promoted to president of Summit Health and Starling Physicians, both part of VillageMD. Levy joined Summit Health in 2011 and has served as the organization’s chief legal officer and also held the chief administrative officer and chief strategy officer positions. In this newly created role, Levy will provide executive leadership and operational direction to Summit Health. VillageMD is initiating a search for a chief legal officer and Levy will support that recruitment effort. Levy will also manage the legal organization in the interim.

Dan Frogel, M.D., will hold a dual role of president of CityMD and Chief Clinical Officer of the enterprise. Dr. Frogel joined CityMD in 2013 when Premier Care and CityMD merged. As a founder of Premier Care, Dr. Frogel served as chief medical officer from 2009-2013. He also held other leadership positions at CityMD including senior vice president of operations and chief medical officer of City and Summit Health NY South division from 2019-2023. Dr. Frogel has effectively served in this dual role since January 2023 with the focus of leading and implementing VillageMD’s transformation of clinical models throughout the company.
