VillageMD is partnering with Indianapolis-based Community Health Network to create a new model of healthcare delivery to the state of Indiana. The joint venture, Primaria Health LLC, will improve the quality of patient care and significantly reduce healthcare costs, while providing primary care physicians the tools to focus on their patients.
“VillageMD prides itself on the ability to partner with forward-thinking primary care providers, who are aligned around a clinical care model that improves not only the health of those patients living with chronic and debilitating illness, but also focuses on wellness and prevention,” said VillageMD CEO Tim Barry.
Primaria Health is set to provide services to primary care providers across a 38-county area of Central Indiana.
